Make It With Pride.We have a new exciting opportunity for a Revenue Growth Manager (RGM) to join our Sales team! This is a critical strategic role that requires a deep understanding of the revenue growth drivers of pricing, promotion, assortment and trade architecture.How You Will ContributeNot only leading, but shaping the agenda proactively end-to-end within each of below areas and key responsibilities:Pricing Strategy ownership: develop, implement, and continuously optimize pricing strategies across channels and product portfolios to maximize revenue, profitability, and market share. Lead comprehensive price elasticity analysis and competitive pricing assessments.Promotion Optimization: Analyze promotional effectiveness and recommend improvements to maximize ROI.Assortment Optimization: Identify the optimal product assortment for different channels and customers, leveraging insights to drive portfolio adjustments.Trade Spend Management: Manage and optimize trade spend to drive profitable sales growth and improve return on investment.Cross-functional Collaboration: drive alignment and collaboration with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of RGM strategies. Influence cross-functional partners to adopt and integrate RGM principles into their planning processes.Category Management: Deeply understand category dynamics and competitive landscapes to proactively develop and implement category-specific RGM strategies that drive sustainable growth.Customer Growth: proactive partnerships with Key Account Managers to co-create and implement joint business plans focused on mutual profitable growth, leveraging RGM insights to optimize customer-specific strategies.What You Will BringProven track record of driving significant business results, demonstrating both strategic acumen and independence in your approach.Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to independently interpret complex data, identify key trends, and translate insights into actionable, impactful strategies. Proficiency in advanced data analysis tools.Financial Acumen: Robust understanding of financial principles, profitability levers drivers, and business case development.Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate RGM strategies to stakeholders and influence decision makingProject Management Skills: The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from conception to completion, prioritize effectively and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Industry Expertise: A deep understanding of the industry, including market dynamics, consumer behaviour and competitive landscape.Experience in Revenue Growth Management, Category Management, Commercial Finance, or Strategic Consulting within FMCG.What you need to know about this position:Educational BackgroundMaster’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related analytical field is required.LanguageFull professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is required, Danish would be an advantage.Work scheduleFulltime based in Brøndby office, Denmark.Relocation Support Available?
