He/she will own product development plans and represent their feature(s) within the cross-functional team proposing new feature ideas that address a customer pain point or need based on his/her deep and first hand understanding of the customer. He/she will prioritize and communicate production customer issues and defects based on relevant data for timely resolution and also lead the demo to key stakeholders at program milestones. Experience in managing agentic platforms is a plus.As a Product Manager, you will be a key member of the agile development team, ensuring successful feature development in accordance with business goals and customer needs. You will take ownership of one or more product features and lead project execution, fostering strong relationships across UX, engineering, data scientist, commercial teams, and other product managers. You will utilize customer insights, data analytics, and market trends to drive product innovation while adhering to our LexisNexis values of customer focus, innovation, and accountability.ResponsibilitiesCustomer FocusGather, evaluate, and thoroughly understand customer use cases to guide product decisionsAnticipates customer needs and prioritizes them for the organization.Analyze and interpret market dynamics, influenced by recent news/incidents, especially competitive announcements and events.Strive to meet customer expectations without compromising the product's commercial viability.Data-Driven Decision-Making & AnalysisMonitor key product metrics and iterate based on feedback and data-driven insights.Evaluate product hypotheses quantitatively, including AB testing for interactive productsGenerate new ideas by analyzing product data for insights.Product Delivery & Development LifecycleDevelop and implement a product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.Define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap, balancing long-term innovation with near-term delivery.Collaborate with engineering, UX, and data science teams to drive product development, ensuring an intuitive and effective user experience.Possess a deep understanding of your feature area and develop prototypes.Be familiar with SDLCs as identified by management, such as agile processes, and drive key end-to-end lifecycle components, from planning to release.Develop clear go-to-market launch plans through coordinated development with external, customer-facing teams.Technical SkillsConsiders high-level technical approaches to use when prioritizing functionality.Is proficient in various technologies to assist day-to-day tasks (Excel, Tableau, Python, SQL, etc.)Have a solid understanding of data and technical architecture principles and best practices.Requirements5+ years of product management experience in search, AI, or LLM, with additional expertise in the legal domain being a plus.Demonstrated success in leading SaaS or enterprise software product development.Proven ability to translate customer needs into product requirements and drive execution with agile methodologies.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Excellent communication skills, including active listening and questioning, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.Passion for legal technology and innovation, with a keen interest in enhancing the productivity of legal professionals.Experience leveraging and identifying metrics and data to track progress on customer needsEnthusiastic, self-starter mindset with a willingness to experiment with new products, processes, and frameworks.Education to Qualify: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science or Engineering discipline) is preferred, but not essential.Work In a Way That Works For YouWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
