Product Operations Analyst - Search & Recommendation (Bahasa Indonesia Speaking)(1-year Contract)

We’re a passionate, young, and diverse team coming from 10+ countries, committed to creating a convenient, delightful, and intelligent discovery experience for our users.Job Description:Work closely with the product & dev teams to make significant impacts on Shopee's search & recommendation engine through both technical and operational processes.Perform testing and QC to evaluate the quality of search & recommendation features.Surface issues with search & recommendation by reviewing bad cases and collecting product feedback.Provide analysis and insights into local market’s contexts and trends.Drive the optimizations of the labeling portals to improve efficiency and productivity.Requirements:Degree or diploma from a recognized tertiary education institutionAble to communicate clearly verbally and in writing.Able to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong execution skills and attention to detail.Strong commitment, bias towards actions, get things done reliably.Good command of Excel/Google Sheet.Must be fluent in English and Bahasa as this role will be working on tasks related to the Indonesia/Thailand market.
