Governed by the Canton Foundation with participation from leading financial institutions, it is the proven link between the promise of blockchain and the power of global finance.Founded in 2014 and headquartered in New York City, with offices in London, Zurich, Budapest, Hong Kong, and Sydney — we are on a mission to transform finance — and that transformation is now playing out rapidly on the Canton Network.If you’re interested in playing a crucial role at the intersection of traditional and crypto-capital markets and want to help bring the next trillion dollars of finance on-chain, join us.Job Requirements5+ years of work experience across project management, program management, product operations, or product enablement roles.Highly organized, detail oriented, and methodological.Experience developing, optimizing and managing business workflows, processes, and policies.Familiarity with roadmapping, development, and project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, GitHub, Notion).Familiar with observability and deployment tools (e.g., DataDog, Grafana).Skilled in data analytics and reporting (e.g. BigQuery, Looker Studio).Experience in release and software development lifecycle management.Experience working with legal and compliance teams.Experience working with technical support teams.Excellent communication skills in English.Job ResponsibilitiesOpportunityAs Canton Network is growing, Digital Asset’s Product, Design, and Engineering (PDE) functions are growing and are increasingly reliant on shared practices, processes and tools to ensure efficient operations. In this role you’ll be collaborating cross functionally and across product units to make sure the organization has what it needs to scale. You’ll look after Product’s systems, tools, programs, and processes and manage them on an ongoing basis. You’ll detect, track and manage cross-cutting dependencies and make sure nothing falls between the cracks. You’ll make sure the team has quality data to make decisions on. And you’ll help product leadership in running the team.You design, optimize, and maintain the underlying processes, tools, and structures that streamline intra-functional and cross-functional collaboration and build efficient and scalable workflows.You support cross-cutting initiatives through project management, dependency tracking and management, and release management for major releases.You help organize the product teams’ information, identify gaps, and work with the appropriate stakeholders to fill them.You run regular processes around roadmapping and reportingYou provide data to the team both from our own products as well as through market research activities.You help keep our products and services running smoothly by improving monitoring, alerting, and support processes for our products.You improve customer experience by streamlining onboarding processes, and communications.NO AGENCIES PLEASEJob BenefitsWe offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the well-being of our team members.
