You’ll be a member of our Product and R&D Ops team and serve as a key link between product managers, designers, dev team leads, customer success, support, on-boarding and sales.PLEASE NOTE: It's a temporary role for 9 months of maternity leave cover.Responsibilities: Managing and orchestrating Guesty’s Product Education and the Guesty Customer Voice squadsHelp prepare materials for strategic planning and executive reviews; Support Product team during planning season so assure accuracy, compliance and a consistent standard of inputsCreate and maintain templates, workflows, and frameworks for product planningStreamline cross-functional collaboration by standardizing meeting cadences, decision-making processes, and documentation practicesBuild and improve existing dashboards and reports to track product performance, customer feedback, and usage patterns (hands on data analysis) to support prioritizationAnalyze trends to inform strategic planning and product roadmapsOrganize and facilitate forums for alignment, such as product reviews, all-hands meetings, and cross-team syncs and facilitate product training sessions, ensuring that information flows efficiently, avoiding silosManage organizational product knowledge base/microsite with latest artifactsKeep product related onboarding decks and training materials up to dateInitiate, manage and facilitate ‘voice of the customer’ deep divesOwn day to day operations around our in-app comms tool, covering key use cases such as cross sell, embedded marketing, discoverability of new features, user surveys metrics and measurement, segmentation and end to end journeysEnsure that roadmaps and product plans are communicated effectively across the organization. Own the product calendar and timelines.Manage vendor relationships and quality of work for product enablement suppliersYou are a good fit for this role if you are a problem solver with excellent analytical skills, self and quick learner, highly motivated and very organized and methodological.Requirements: 4+ years of Product Operations / Project Management experience in a tech software company operating in a fast paced agile scrum environment (B2B SaaS or B2C).Experience orchestrating product planning cycles in large tech organizations.Solid analytical skills - A must; Proficiency with data analytical tools / writing queries - A plusExcellent computer skills, including proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant software applicationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience in driving cross-functional collaboration and aligning diverse teamsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyQuick and self-learner, self-organized.JIRA proficiency. Excellent leadership and personal skillsVery high verbal and written English - A must; Hebrew - A plusGuesty is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
