Product Strategy & Vision· Define and clearly communicate the product vision and long-term strategy aligned with business objectives.· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer needs, identify market trends, and assess competitive landscape.· Develop and maintain a product roadmap that reflects strategic priorities and evolving market conditions.2. Backlog Management & Prioritization· Own and manage the product backlog by writing clear, concise, and actionable user stories with defined acceptance criteria.· Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.· Ensure backlog is groomed and ready for development cycles (sprints).3. Agile Development & Collaboration· Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.· Work closely with Scrum teams to ensure requirements are understood and translated into deliverable solutions.· Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.4. Stakeholder Engagement· Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support teams to drive seamless product delivery.· Continuously gather and integrate feedback from end users, internal teams, and external stakeholders to enhance the product experience.5. Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement· Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success.· Leverage analytics, customer feedback, and usage data to identify opportunities for improvement.· Drive iterative enhancements and product optimizations based on data insights and changing market needs.REQUIREMENT● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.● More than 2 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role within Agile teams.● Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and product development life cycle.● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and functions.● Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions.● Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar.● Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex product initiatives.● Knowledge of UX/UI principles and user-centered design is a plusReporting to Product Owner Team Lead Working Location: Lumpini Tower 31th floor https://goo.gl/maps/7THUYTnxinZKR82H9
