Product OwnerExcellent opportunity for Product Owner to join a thriving company in Limerick with excellent career development opportunities.The Product Owner will work closely with stakeholders and development teams to define, prioritise and deliver valuable product features that align with our Client's strategic goals.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine the product vision and roadmap.Maintain a deep understanding of the market, customer needs, and competitive landscape.Translate business requirements and user needs into clear and actionable product backlog items.Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it is transparent, visible, and understood.Define user stories and acceptance criteria.Refine and groom the backlog with the development team.Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Provide clear guidance and support to the development team during sprints.Accept or reject completed user stories based on acceptance criteria.Use data and feedback to inform product decisions and identify areas for improvement.Conduct user research and usability testing.Key Requirements:Level 8 Degree in a relevant disciplineProven experience as a Product Owner with a track record of successful project delivery.Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification.Experience with data centric products.
