This role focuses on managing day-to-day sprint activities, partnering with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to reduce technical debt, coordinating holiday readiness, and ensuring the highest quality delivery through collaboration with QA, Scrum Masters, Tech Leads, and Architects.What You'll DoFacilitate sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.Collaborate closely with Product Managers to define clear feature requests, break down initiatives into actionable user stories, and clarify acceptance criteria.Surface, document, and prioritize technical debt items with Product Managers and Engineering leadership; advocate for their inclusion in the product roadmap to maintain platform health and agility.Work with Product leadership to balance priorities between new feature delivery and technical debt reduction.Coordinate with QA teams to plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring features meet business requirements and quality standards before release.Partner with Scrum Masters, Tech Leads, and Architects to proactively identify and remove blockers, maintain sprint velocity, and deliver functionality within committed timelines.Lead readiness activities for high-priority periods such as holiday launches, including cut-over planning, regression testing, and risk mitigation.Provide transparent communication and regular status updates to stakeholders, facilitating alignment across product, engineering, and business teams.Let's Talk About You3–6 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role within ecommerce or commerce platforms.Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint and backlog management.Experience with D365 Finance OPS, Retail Commerce, and Supply Chain Management, EDI application, Agile & Dev Ops experiencesProven ability to collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering leads, and cross-functional teams to prioritize work effectively.Skilled at defining product requirements, managing feature requests, and balancing technical debt considerations.Experience coordinating and running UAT with QA and business stakeholders.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Working ConditionsHybrid EnvironmentWhat’s in it For You?A company built on Canadian roots and heritageYour work is recognized with a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards ProgramOpportunities for career growth through numerous internal and external programsRecognize and be recognized by your peers with our Goose Rewards & ICON RewardsBe a part of CG Gives.
