If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.Job TitleProduct OwnerWhat does a successful Product Owner do?You will act as a bridge between customers and software development teams, working on the solutions for our clients.What You Will DoAct as a bridge between the customers (e.g. product management, external clients and compliance, etc.) and agile software development teamDevelop concepts, epics and user storiesManage and prioritize product backlogDesign and defines workflows, processes and software architecture by using documentation standards like BPMN, UMLLead and participate in agile ceremonies: sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectivesDocument product requirements, features, and functional specificationsPerform additional job duties as required.What Is NeededBS/BA in Computer Science or related field or equivalent exerience. Master degree in Computer Science preferred. 2+ years of experience on the position of Product Owner at bank, payment processing company or other financial institutionExperience in designing and defining workflows, processes and software architecture by using documentation standards (BPMN, UML)Must have knowledge and experience of agile software development lifecycleFluent English and Polish in both speaking and writingExcellent logical analysis skills and problem solving skills, along with ability to write clear and concise documentsQuick learner, eager to leverage new technologies in a dynamic team environmentStrong verbal skills with ability to communicate clearly to stakeholders, as well as to technical-representativesWell organized, must have effective time management skillsCustomer focused.What Will Be Nice To HaveKnowledge and practical experience on payments systems .Thank You For Considering Employment With Fiserv.
