For over 100 years, we have been developing comprehensive solutions for our customers that make everyday office and work life easier and more efficient – from franking machines to digital solutions for business communication, process, and workflow management.At FP InovoLabs GmbH, where everything related to software and hardware for our products is developed, we are looking for you to start immediately, on a fixed-term contract until February 2027, asProduct Owner – Online Customer Portal in TallinnAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Product Owner to support the development and evolution of our online customer portal on a fixed-term contract through to February 2027 (maternity leave replacement).In this role, you’ll focus on shaping the product backlog, prioritising features, and aligning development with business goals and customer needs. You’ll work closely with the Head of Global Product Management, the development team, and key business stakeholders to ensure the portal delivers a seamless, value-driven experience for users.You will take ownership of the feature backlog and ensure that user stories are clearly defined, prioritised, and ready for delivery to the development team.Key Responsibilities:Product Vision & RoadmapSupport the product vision and strategy for the online customer portal.Translate business goals into clear, actionable features and user stories.Backlog Management & RefinementOwn and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it reflects business priorities and customer needs.Lead backlog refinement sessions with the stakeholders and development team to clarify requirements and ensure user stories are delivery-ready.Prioritise features, enhancements, and technical improvements in alignment with strategic goals and available capacity.Stakeholder CollaborationWork closely with stakeholders across business units to gather and evaluate feature requests.Communicate priorities, upcoming releases, and trade-offs clearly and effectively.Ensure transparency and alignment between business and technical teams.Delivery AlignmentCollaborate with the development team to align backlog priorities with sprint planning and release timelines.Participate in testing, UAT, and acceptance of key deliverables to ensure quality and functional alignment.Required Skills & Experience:Fluent business-level English (written and spoken) is required.3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a digital environment.Strong experience in backlog management, feature prioritisation, and stakeholder engagement.Familiarity with Agile delivery methods and Scrum practices.Excellent communication and documentation skills with both technical and business audiences.Good understanding of UX/UI principles and digital user journey optimisation.Desirable Skills:Fluency in business-level German (written and spoken) is desirable.Certification as a Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent.Experience with Azure DevOps for backlog and delivery management.Experience working with Sitefinity or similar CMS platforms.Experience with self-service or B2B customer portals.Knowledge of analytics and performance measurement tools.Familiarity with accessibility and security best practices.What We Offer:Opportunity to shape and deliver a key digital product that impacts global customer experience.Collaborative and agile environment with clear strategic direction.fixed-term salary.Contract through February 2027 (maternity leave replacement).Does this sound exciting to you?
