You will be responsible for managing Salesforce-related projects, bridging business needs with technical solutions, and ensuring successful delivery aligned with organizational goals.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end Salesforce product initiatives — from requirement gathering to delivery.Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into technical requirements.Prioritize product backlogs and manage sprint planning with the development team.Ensure alignment between business objectives and Salesforce solution design.Oversee testing, deployment, and continuous improvement activities.QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience working with the Salesforce platform.Proven experience leading or being actively involved in Salesforce implementation projects.Salesforce Certifications in Administration and Platform Developer are required.Strong understanding of business processes within the health or life insurance industry.Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
