We offer a range of services, including telemedicine, lab tests, home medical care, and access to top doctors and consultants via video call in over 25 e-clinics.We are seeking experienced Product Owners to lead various aspects of our healthcare technology platform. You'll be responsible for defining product strategy, building features, and optimizing user experiences across our digital healthcare ecosystem. This role requires someone passionate about improving healthcare delivery through innovative technology solutions.Key Responsibilities:• Own and drive product roadmap for assigned product areas within the healthcare platform• Define product strategy, prioritize features, and manage product backlog• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and translate insights into product requirements• Collaborate with medical teams, operations, and stakeholders to understand needs and workflows• Ensure MOH compliance and healthcare regulatory requirements are met in all product features• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality features on schedule• Define KPIs, track product metrics, and drive data-driven product decisions• Optimize user workflows, engagement strategies, and overall user experience• Manage cross-functional coordination with clinical, operations, and support teams• Lead product launches, monitor performance, and iterate based on user feedback and dataRequired Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field• 4-5 years of product management experience in digital products• Experience with healthcare, telemedicine, or health technology products• Strong understanding of digital product development lifecycle and user experience design• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements (MOH, HIPAA)• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products• Excellent analytical skills and experience with product analytics tools• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency preferredPreferred Qualifications:• Healthcare or clinical background (nursing, medical, health informatics)• Previous work in MENA healthcare market or Saudi healthcare ecosystem• Experience with B2B and B2C healthcare products• Understanding of clinical workflows and medical practice operations• MBA or advanced degree in related field• Agile/Scrum product management certification• Experience with data products, analytics, or business intelligence toolsKey Skills & Competencies:• Healthcare domain knowledge and understanding of medical workflows• Product strategy development and roadmap planning• User-centered design thinking and UX optimization• Data analysis and metrics-driven decision making• Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management• Regulatory compliance and quality assurance mindset• Problem-solving and prioritization in complex healthcare environments
