Product OwnerCork- HybridStelfox is proud to partner with a new client in the insurance industry who are seeking a skilled and driven Product Owner to join their growing team in Cork.This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering innovative solutions, work on modern, cloud-based applications, and gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies — all while continuing to advance your career in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.What You’ll DoTake full ownership of the end-to-end delivery of customer solutions — from defining epics and user stories to ensuring successful user acceptance.Manage and prioritize the product backlog, maintaining alignment with customer needs, business goals, and project milestones.Act as the bridge between customers, product management, software development, and sales, translating business requirements into clear, actionable deliverables.Monitor project progress, track milestones, and proactively address risks or deviations to keep delivery on track.Ensure customer satisfaction and project profitability, fostering strong, long-term partnerships.Champion a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.What You’ll BringA Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related discipline.2+ years of experience as a Product Owner within a SaaS environment.Strong proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.A solid understanding of software development processes and Agile delivery methodologies.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating effective collaboration.A proactive, outcome-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and self-management abilities.If this sounds like a role for you, please apply.
