Product Planning Director

Job Responsibilities:1. Overseas market strategic layout: Focus on wireless network scenarios in overseas government and enterprise markets, and plan enterprise level WLAN products and solutions. In depth analysis of WLAN technology development trends and Wi Fi standard evolution routes in overseas markets, combined with the needs of enterprise wireless networking, high-density access, IoT integration and other scenarios, formulate competitive wireless product strategies.2. Requirement mining and innovation exploration: Deeply explore the needs of overseas customers in the fields of intelligent office wireless coverage, smart city wireless IoT, industrial wireless networks, etc., with a focus on innovative applications such as Wi Fi 6/7, wireless Mesh networking, and wireless QoS optimization. Explore cutting-edge directions such as AI driven intelligent RF tuning and wireless network self-healing.3. R&D collaboration and project promotion: Leading the architecture design of enterprise level WLAN products, proficient in 802.11 series protocols, wireless RF planning, and possessing technical expertise in high concurrency wireless access, wireless roaming optimization, and other technical challenges. Familiar with the development of key technical modules such as wireless network authentication and wireless security protection.4. Team and technical empowerment: Lead the WLAN technology team to complete the solution design, requiring team members to have professional abilities in wireless network planning, wireless field strength testing, wireless interference analysis, etc. Establish a training mechanism for wireless product knowledge system and cultivate composite wireless network talents.Overseas business expansion: Based on a deep understanding of wireless spectrum policies and overseas operator admission standards in different regions, develop localized wireless product strategies. Promote the implementation of benchmark projects such as wireless networking solutions for multinational enterprises and wireless IoT for overseas smart parks.Job requirements:1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in communication, electronics, computer science, or related fields.More than 2.5 years of experience in data communication products, including at least 3 years of work experience in the WLAN field. English can be used as the working language, and experience in overseas model project implementation or new product development is preferred;3. Proficient in WLAN network architecture, protocols, and technologies such as 802.11ac, 802.11ax, etc. Familiar with data communication network and EBG business related technologies, proficient in product analysis methods, and able to control the entire lifecycle of WLAN products. Capable of WLAN network planning, optimization, and troubleshooting.4.Proficient in English or Chinese is required
