Power better product decisions.My client is a multinational financial services organization and a global leader in fin-tech payments.We’re looking for a highly organised, process-driven leader to own our end-to-end product portfolio management framework.You’ll be the engine behind product governance - ensuring demand intake, prioritisation, decision-making, and reporting run smoothly and transparently across the organisation.What You’ll OwnFull product portfolio visibility (roadmaps, lifecycle, KPIs, dependencies)Product Review Committee coordination and governanceDemand intake and prioritisation frameworksDecision documentation and traceabilityPortfolio health reporting and executive dashboardsContinuous improvement of product processes and toolingWhat You Bring5+ years in Product Operations, Portfolio Management, PMO, or Product GovernanceExperience running intake and prioritisation processesStrong understanding of product lifecycle managementProven ability to facilitate senior stakeholder discussionsData-driven mindset with strong reporting capabilityExperience with tools like Jira, Productboard, Aha!, Asana or similarBonus if you’ve worked in regulated, fintech, or scaling environments.If you love bringing structure to complexity and enabling Product Managers to focus on strategy- not admin- this role is for you.This opportunity is a 6-month contract, onsite in Dublin 2, paying up to €121,000 peer annum pro rata (or up to €600 per day for Limited Company Contractors).
