Our global team operates with a startup mindset—lean, agile, and focused on rapid execution using advanced AI tools and automation to eliminate friction and accelerate delivery.Role SummaryThe Product Quality & Delivery Analyst ensures functional accuracy, design consistency, and executional excellence across the product’s UI/UX. This bilingual role bridges Product, Design, and Development—maintaining detailed knowledge of business rules, system logic, user flows, and dependencies. Using AI-enabled tools, the Analyst removes redundant handoffs between PM, design, and engineering, helping the team move from concept to deployment with speed and precision.Key ResponsibilitiesFunctional Consistency & Product KnowledgeMaintain deep understanding of business rules, data flows, and dependencies across the platform.Validate and audit user flows, ensuring alignment with product and design intent.Maintain and evolve the functional documentation in Confluence, ensuring traceability between user stories, rules, and product behavior.Leverage AI tools (Scribe, Copilot, Lovable, ChatGPT, Notion AI) to track requirements, document workflows, and flag inconsistencies.Collaborate with engineering to validate functional behavior at API/data layer level when required.Execution & Agile SupportCollaborate directly with Product Managers and Designers to reduce iteration cycles.Support sprint preparation, backlog organization, and post-sprint validations.Participate in the creation and refinement of user stories, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.Generate AI-driven documentation, walkthroughs, and quick guides for faster onboarding and team clarity.Support to ensure every story is fully defined and testable before entering development, maintaining alignment between product, design, and QA.Quality Assurance & ValidationTest UI/UX features hands-on, verifying business logic, translations, and user experience accuracy. Validate end-to-end data consistency and rule compliance across interconnected modules.Identify and resolve inconsistencies or edge-case issues early in the development cycle.Coordinate with QA and Engineering to ensure alignment before deployment.Support in defining functional test cases and acceptance scenarios.Process Optimization & AI EnablementUse automation tools to streamline documentation, testing, and reporting.Create reusable checklists and standard operating templates for cross-team use.Identify emerging AI technologies to continuously improve team efficiency.Communication & CoordinationCommunicate effectively in English and Spanish across Product, Design, and Development teams.Provide structured updates on progress, blockers, and dependencies.Ensure complete alignment between product requirements, design intent, and technical execution.Requirements3–5 years in SaaS, Fintech, or digital product environments.Experience working in cross-functional teams supporting Product, UX, and Engineering.Proficiency with Figma, Jira, Confluence, and AI-driven tools (Copilot, Scribe, Lovable, ChatGPT, Notion AI).Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).
