Product Quality Engineer

Skillcheck :Bac + 4 in industrial engineering or equivalent.An internship experience in the automotive industryCommunication skills.Analysis skills.Autonomy and teamwork skills. Strong monitoring skills.Teamwork.Core tools knowledge (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, CP, MSA, SCP).Perfet command of spoken and written English (mandatory).Challengecheck :Develop and participate in the skills development of project quality inspectors.Responsible for systematically informing and training the team of quality inspectors on customer specifications in order to comply with them through the PPAP process.Support the quality inspectors team Project for technical and organizational matters.Follow up with production on the receipt of initial samples.Plan and coordinate with production the creation of initial samples and their inspection.Responsible for compiling PPAP/EMPB files and coordinating with the customer to ensure 100% quality of the PPAP/EMPB submitted.Responsible for ensuring PPAP file compliance and timely receipt of customer approvals.Ensure the archiving of documentation relating to internal and external reports.Support the production plant in quality improvements (product and process) through process audits, etc.
