Driven by a core mission to enhance the lives and well-beingof homeowners, making their home management seamless and stress-free.We currently have an opportunity for a Product Specialist to join the AA Home team and play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our products and services to deliver exceptional value to our Members and customers.What You'll Be Doing | Mō te TūrangaIn this dynamic role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—from Marketing and Operations to Digital and Customer Service—to plan, track, and execute innovative product initiatives. You’ll help define user stories, maintain detailed product documentation, and support the rollout of new features that meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Your insights will drive continuous improvement through market research, customer feedback, and competitor analysis, while your coordination with external partners ensures seamless product delivery. With a focus on compliance, risk management, and process optimisation, you’ll be at the heart of a team that lives our values of customer focus, teamwork, professionalism, and results.About You | MōuYou’ll bring proven product experience with a solid understanding of product lifecycle management, customer needs, and market trends (ideally gained in home services or insurance)—and be confident navigating fast-paced environments with multiple priorities. Your toolkit includes data analysis platforms like Excel or Power BI, and product management tools such as JIRA and Confluence, paired with a solid understanding of digital technologies and testing processes.
