THE JOB:To execute sales strategies and marketing plans to achieve the agencies’ sales targetsTo effectively communicate and promote the clinical benefit and technical performance data of our diagnostics solutions to laboratory managers, scientific officers, HODs, clinical consultants, clinicians, and Key Opinion Leaders to develop/grow existing accounts and acquire new accountsTo develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and Principals so as to achieve trusting, long-lasting partnershipsTo determine market requirements and push towards making a real and significant impact in the healthcare industry in existing and new productsTo work closely with technical team of engineers and application specialists to ensure successful implementation of projects and laboratory solutions at customer sitesREQUIREMENTS:EducationCandidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Doctorate (PhD) in Biomedical, Biology, BioTechnology, Biochemistry, Life Science, Science & Technology, Medical Science, Medicine or equivalent.ExperiencePreferably 2-4 Year(s) of working experience in a related field, such as medical sales in medical & healthcareKnowledge, CompetenciesKnowledge in some of the following areas would be ideal: Clinical Laboratory, Clinical Diagnostics, IVD, Medical Technology, Clinical Chemistry, BiochemistryStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProactive and Self-learning attitudeDetermined and ResourcefulCandidates with no sales experience but have the emotional competencies stated are invited to explore career opportunities with us.Must possess a valid driver's license and preferably own a car.Ability to converse in Mandarin with business partner is an advantage
