In this role, you'll be the bridge between our cutting-edge F&B solutions and restaurant partners around the world.From workflow design and menu setup to training and post-launch support, you’ll guide merchants through a seamless onboarding experience. You’ll collaborate across cultures and time zones, helping restaurants optimize their operations and embrace digital transformation. If you thrive in a fast-paced, flexible environment and love solving real-world problems, we’d love to meet you.What You’ll DoIndustry Insight: Leverage your F&B experience to identify merchant pain points and propose tech-driven solutions.Workflow Planning: Collaborate with restaurants to map their operational flow and configure our system accordingly.Menu Setup: Support merchants in building their menus within our backend portal, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Product Expertise: Become a go-to expert on EATS365’s F&B solutions, providing clear guidance and support throughout onboarding.Cross-Cultural Collaboration: Work closely with global teams and clients, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.Tailored Training: Design and deliver customized training programs based on each restaurant’s concept, workflow, and cultural context.Onboarding Support: Provide hands-on assistance during deployment, including flexible hours to support clients across time zones.
