Job DescriptionSandoz continues to go through an exciting and transformative period as a global leader and pioneering provider of sustainable Biosimilar and Generic medicines.As we continue down this new and ambitious path, unique opportunities will present themselves, both professionally and personally.Join us, the future is ours to shape!We are currently hiring for two Executive Product Specialist Immunology positions in Belgium:Northern Belgium – Dutch-speaking requiredSouthern Belgium – French and English-speaking requiredYour Key ResponsibilitiesThe purpose of this role of Executive Product Specialist Immunology is to position Sandoz as the preferred industry partner in Belgium while executing on the company’s growth objectives in the designated region of Belgium.The successful candidate will champion a customer-centric and collaborative mindset in that regionto drive adoption of key hospital & biosimilars products,nurture customer relationships in public and private Hospital’s clinics (hereinafter referred to as our “key accounts”) andexecute on Sandoz Belgium BU and product strategy. The candidate shall be able to work in a fast-moving environment and navigate uncertainty with optimism and drive.Your Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited ToWork towards achieving sales, productivity & other performance targets within aligned budgets and timelines.Interact with Key HCPs in the designated region of Belgium to address their professional needs and promote Sandoz products in select therapeutic areas. Such interactions can be done face to face in hospitals/clinics/symposiums/other events, or virtually using different types of channels also as per strategy.Interact with special target customers in accordance with the agreed plan (number, segments, ratio)In doing so, (a) drive the execution of customer-centric projects set-up by the team (b) consistently nurture customer relationships, and (c) handle customers’ enquiries and/or complaints professionally, in accordance with company’s procedures (when/if applicable)Ensure consistent and compliant reporting of these interaction activities.Foster close teamwork with the tender team and co-develop short-and long-term strategies for key accounts/hospital networks within the tender landscape.Consistently enhance your knowledge of the sector and shape your key account strategy. This includes, but is not limited to, owning your segmentation, and targeting plan.Ensure a strong territory management.In line with this, collaborate with the team to ensure an optimal allocation of promotional budget, and work with them to create relevant patient-centric marketing materials and projects.Continuously develop knowledge of Sandoz products & services, strategy and competition.Proactively uses various digital channels.Drive continuous improvement on common tools, processes and capabilities relevant to the roleParticipate in cross functional activities such as regional business coordination.Contribute to better understand the needs of the customers by collecting and sharing relevant insights.Contribute positively to the culture of the company:Contribute to the success of others.Contribute to other teams' big bold objectives (e.g Input on professional materials for KOL, create promotion material and marketing messages in cooperation with Medical)Act as a buddy / mentor for new Product SpecialistsPeer-Coaching of colleaguesAct as change activator for digital within field force activitiesProactively supports all Change Management initiatives.Education And ExperienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent.>7 years experiences in Specialty products.Successful track record of key account relationship management.Established network of HCP’s and account management in the designated region of Belgium.Experience using digital platforms and navigating uncertain and fast-paced environment.CompetenciesFluency in French and English (both written and spoken language)Ability to derive business insights and share competitive update.Strong willingness to learn & problem-solving mindset.Strong Teamwork skills.Drive for results and energy.Ability to contribute to the company culture.Why Sandoz?Generic and Biosimilar medicines are the backbone of the global medicines industry.
