Join us during an exciting period as we welcome more state-of-the-art aircraft, launch new international routes and continue our mission to help more people take off through low fares.As a Product Strategy & Transformation Lead you will shape and drive the vision, development, and delivery of PRM products and solutions that support Jetstar’s revenue and digital transformation goals. You’ll lead product strategy, manage the pipeline, and collaborate across teams to deliver innovative, customer-focused solutions aligned with commercial objectives.In this role, you will develop and communicate compelling product strategies and roadmaps, identify new opportunities through market research and stakeholder engagement, and leverage emerging technologies to enhance revenue management outcomes. You’ll translate strategy into end-to-end delivery, manage product backlogs, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver high-quality solutions. Acting as a change leader, you will engage stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and drive adoption through clear communication and data-driven insights.
