Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and prior experience in a Product Management team to join us as Product Technical Support. This role requires close collaboration with Product Managers and the Engineering Team to monitor, maintain, and support product features developed within our system, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap. The ideal candidate is curious, creative, and an excellent problem solver with a strong technical background.ResponsibilitiesConduct daily monitoring of system process flows to ensure seamless operations.Identify and investigate any issues that may disrupt system processes.Assist the Operations Team in overcoming challenges related to internal applications.Work closely with the Engineering and Product Teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.Perform basic analysis and reporting to support product development needs.Develop dashboards for real-time monitoring and alerts.RequirementsSolid technical background with proficiency in MySQL queries.Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.Ability to work well in a team, demonstrating passion and self-motivation.Ability to read and interpret code or error logs.Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Scalyr, Grafana).Familiarity with REST client tools (e.g., Postman, Insomnia).Good command in English is a must
