Product Technician

We're Hiring: Product TechnicianLocation: Bembla, Monastir - Tunisia site (ERT_BORG Automotive Group), near Jemmal road for easy accessMission Participate in problem-solving and solution development. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of product Bills of Materials (BOM).Key ResponsibilitiesFunctional Create and update Bills of Materials (BOM) in collaboration with product technicians. Create and update Product Acceptance Specifications (PAS). Create and update Component Acceptance Specifications (CAS). Resolve issues related to PAS following non-conformity reports. Identify spare part references using catalogs. Implement daily quality improvements and problem resolution. Identify missing references for BOM in collaboration with product engineers. Monitor and resolve issues in Jobbing Shop series. Provide alternative solutions for spare part issues. Reduce manufacturing costs for alternators and starters through cost-reduction actions. Assist product engineers in creating and maintaining catalogs and datasheets. Create and update technical datasheets and catalogs. Ensure customer deviations comply with PAS. Support sourcing and purchasing teams in resolving spare part issues. Supervise validation of new components.Strategic Ensure product quality. Guarantee operator safety within the company. Support continuous improvement initiatives.QualificationsEducation Bachelor’s degree in Mechanics or Electromechanics (Bac+3).Experience External: 0-3 years of experience in a similar field.✅Job Requirements Key Qualities: Dynamic, rigorous, attentive, team-oriented, analytical mindset. Technical Skills: Ability to read technical documents and extract necessary data; proficiency in MS Office and Photoshop.
