The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise, ownership, and cross-team collaboration skills to ensure high-quality and scalable product delivery. Responsibilities and Duties Lead or contribute to the technical delivery of complex product initiatives for Medius Suite apps. Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability across shared modules. Collaborate closely with Product Managers to align technical priorities with business objectives. Conduct code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical validations. Mentor and support engineers, promoting best practices and a culture of ownership. Work with QA and Platform teams to enhance performance, automation, and release reliability. Contribute to key technical initiatives focused on improving system logic, automation, and overall performance. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in backend or full stack development (.NET /React/Modern Front-End Tech). Strong understanding of software architecture, performance optimization, and testing strategies. Experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring developers. Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on scalability and reliability. Experience in SaaS, fintech, or compliance-driven environments is a plus.
