The company is headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany and has about 87.000 employees in more than 100 locations worldwide.Job DescriptionPlanningBe involved to analyze customer requirement in RFQ phase. Prepare DVP&R according to customer requirement and estimate test cost. Definition of the overall Test Strategy of the project. Create the Design Validation Plan and Product Validation Plan according to the customer specification and standard. Specify of test items and procedures to meet the customer’s requirement.Execution & TrackingMonitoring of preparation of tests (esp. test infrastructure incl. coordination of procurement of additional test equipment, training)Assure test preparation and test execution activities, tracking and reporting of test statusConformity of test activities in the project to the corporate ID process (Product Validation)Monitoring and optimization of overall test expendituresVerification of sufficient test related requirements tracing as defined in RM Plan (test coverage)Ensure an adequate test concept as part of the Production Test Specification for mass productionReport & Escalation Report regularly to PM about the test status. Escalation when test status become critical and support to mitigate the risk.QualificationsBachelor degree or higher in Engineering or equivalentExperience about product validation for over 3 years desirable, Familiar with international testing standard and customer standardAt least 2 years experience in automotive product verification /validation.2 years of experience in coordination and monitoring task in projectExperience working in international / cross cultural teamsAdditional InformationReady to take your career to the next level?
