Job Description

Main Duties: Deployment of product strategy and communication planDevelop local communication strategies based on global & regional guidelinesExecute holistic category strategies, communication plans incorporating IMC (ATL/BTL) principles, brand contents for on & off, and portfolio roadmap that represent brand mission and core valuesManage marketing budget on a monthly basis & communicate with finance team to keep track of budgetCollaborate with agencies and cross functional teams to deliver on-time Product launchExecute key tasks of a product launch: Market survey & Business caseOrganize the launch processImplement product strategy within regional strategic guidelinesDevelop product detail Strategy (including promotional material)Define local creative asset needs and work with agencies maximizing AI tools Consumer insightsMonitor sell-outs across key channels and take proactive action to achieve targetsManage Market share, distribution monitoring with syndicated dataGenerates quantitative and qualitative market information in order to support Trade Marketing ExecutionDevelop in-store visual merchandising materials including POP and promotional display to drive conversion at key retail touchpoints.Develop GWPs for each channel to engage and convert the target consumers Education/Training: Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales and marketing or related field. Experience/Competencies:Minimum 3 years of product management experiences in cosmetics and FMCG industry, or related product categoriesDigital marketing experience preferredBackground in cosmetics, preferably with a focus on skincare (or a strong interest in skincare if direct experience is not available).Proven track record of launching products in Olive Young (H&B channel).Proficiency in data-driven planning and post-campaign analysisExcellent cross-functional communication and coordination skillsProject management skillsStrong understanding of the market, channels, and consumersProficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint(experience with Power Query and Power BI is a plus)Language Proficiency: Business English (spoken and written) - preferred, but not mandatoryDesired Skills and ExperienceDevelop local communication strategies based on global & regional guidelinesExecute holistic category strategies, communication plans
