Join us and become a part of our success story.Overview:The Trainer role is responsible for promoting the Milwaukee brand to end users and distribution partners through product demonstrations and training sessions. The role also requires a level of support for our distribution partners as necessary to drive the business.Main Responsibilities:Demonstrate the range of power tools and accessories to end users and distribution partnersTrain & educate end users and distribution partners in the performance advantage and safe use of Milwaukee productsMaintain a high level of product, trade and application knowledge Monitor and report on market and competitor activitiesAttend trade shows, exhibitions and corporate eventsSupport distribution partners with store merchandisingCarry out any other ad-hoc duties as required by the Line Manager from time to timeSkills/Experience Required:Ideally experience in or knowledge of construction industry, preferably with tools and servicesPractically minded with a technical aptitude and willingness to learn and apply new product or technical knowledgeDetermination to build a career with a forward thinking businessStrong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship building skills both internally and externallyExcellent planning and time management skillsOutgoing and likeable personality who is able to work as part of a fast moving and growing teamSelf-motivated and able to recognize new business opportunitiesMust be willing to work away from home when necessary and occasional weekends (agreed in advance)English- B2 levelPractical knowledge of Microsoft OfficeClean Driving LicenseWe offer:Necessary job tools (laptop, phone, car, demo tools)Task-based working time, high level of self-reliance and liabilityInternational work environment SZEPcardMedicoverHoliday allowance#Milwaukee-Poland remoteIf you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
