We're looking for an Product Training Manager who will drive value by ensuring our product is fully invested. As a Product Training Manager, you will play a key role in empowering internal teams to gain a deep understanding of the D·engage platform and its evolving capabilities. You will design, develop, and deliver comprehensive technical training programs that enhance product knowledge across departments. Acting as a bridge between Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, and Marketing, you will ensure alignment, consistency, and confidence in using both existing functionalities and newly released features. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deliver structured technical training programs covering D·engage product features, architecture, and integrations. Create high-quality training materials, including documentation, guides, tutorials, and video content tailored for internal audiences. Facilitate regular onboarding sessions, product update briefings, and cross-functional learning workshops. Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Software Developers to ensure all training content accurately reflects the most recent product releases and capabilities. Evaluate training needs and establish a continuous learning framework that promotes ongoing product expertise across teams. Manage and maintain training resources using Confluence, Zoho, or Learning Management Systems (LMS) to ensure accessibility and version control. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Technical Trainer, Product Trainer, or Technical Consultant role within a SaaS or software product environment. Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. Demonstrated experience in creating engaging and structured training content — written, visual, and video formats. Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with attention to clarity and engagement. Deep interest in technology, product education, and continuous learning, with the ability to simplify complex systems. Hands-on experience with MarTech or Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions is a strong plus. Familiarity with LMS platforms, Confluence, or Zoho Learn for content delivery and management.
