OverviewMikeWorldWide (MWW) is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Design Studio Production Artist to join our fast-paced creative team. This individual will be responsible for the production and adaptation of a wide variety of digital marketing assets, with a focus on static digital display banners, storyboards for animated banners, out-of-home (OOH) formats, and other paid media layouts. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives on managing a high volume of deliverables within brand guidelines and collaborating closely with creative, account, and digital leads.Key ResponsibilitiesAsset ProductionExecute and resize static digital display banners, OOH, social and print assets against provided specifications and based on existing designs, templates and/or brand guidelines.Create digital templates for multi-channel marketing assets based on existing creative and adhering to brand guidelines.Ensure fidelity to strict brand guidelines, including typographic, image, and copy parameters.Creative Updates & MaintenanceImplement creative revisions and asset quality reviews under the guidance of Project Managers, Creative and Account leads.Creative asset library organization and maintenance, including version control.Quality Control & WorkflowOwn the quality control (QC) and change management process for your own work, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to specifications before submission.Stay proactive in communicating workload capacity, timelines, and any bandwidth limitations with Project Managers and team leads.Key Characteristics for SuccessMeticulously organized with excellent file hygiene and naming conventions.Outstanding attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.Strong self-management skills and initiative to flag issues or availability gaps before they impact timelines.Committed to producing pixel-perfect designs and diligent in proofing and QA processes.Creative Tool ProficiencyExpert-level in:Adobe PhotoshopAdobe IllustratorAdobe InDesignFigmaWorking knowledge in PowerPointIncluding making changes to existing decks, setting up slide masters, and establishing themes, colors, and fonts.Experience a plus in:Adobe XDAsana (our primary tool for managing creative workflows)Adobe PremiereAdobe After EffectsExperience RequiredAt least 3 years of experience in a digital or advertising agency environment as a production artist or in a similar junior design execution role.Proven portfolio of production design work (e.g. resizes, multi-platform expressions of single design concept) across digital and paid media formats.Employment Type, Location & Time ZoneFull-timeAbility to work 9 AM – 6 PM Eastern TimeMWW Values:At MWW, our values are what set us apart and give us the energy to move forward with confidence and excellence.Passion: We have a real passion for what we do.
