We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Production Assistant to join our team !Based in London and Berlin, BSI Merch is the UK’s leading independent music merchandise company and supplies artist-branded products to multiple channels of sales and distribution globally. Such channels include Production, E-Commerce and Touring.This role is central to the operations and touring side of the business - you’ll support the EU Production Manager and the wider team by managing suppliers, coordinating logistics, and ensuring every product makes it from concept to delivery on time and to spec.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has an eye for detail, and a genuine passion for music and touring.This is a full-time, 5 days per week position, based in our Berlin office (09:00 – 17:00).TasksManage the full workflow from manufacturing through to deliveryMaintain the internal quoting system, ensuring no invoices or deliveries are outstandingOversee the order schedule for touring and e-commerce projectsWork closely with the design team to ensure product specs and proofs are accurateProcess sales orders, purchase orders and invoicesSource and build relationships with reliable suppliers across screen printing, embroidery, and custom garment developmentNegotiate costings with suppliers and clients, and track stock levelsCoordinate merchandise logistics for tours, including delivery splits, restocks and reportingLiaise directly with tour personnel to provide accurate, up-to-date information on all production projectsPlan ahead for upcoming touring projects and ensure smooth executionStep in to cover key responsibilities for the EU Production Manager during annual leaveRequirementsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detailA proactive, problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently or as part of a teamFlexibility - we're a touring-based business, so out-of-hours communication may be required in order to hit certain deadlinesAbility to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines calmly and professionallyConfident communicator with both clients and suppliersProficiency in MS Office, Teams, and wider IT toolsKnowledge of CRM and supply chain systemsNumeracy skills with experience in raising purchase orders and invoices (preferred)Experience or understanding of music artist touring is highly desirableA genuine passion for music and live eventsBenefitsA welcoming and creative work environment in our Berlin office, located in the heart of Friedrichshain-KreuzbergTrips to our London office to work alongside the UK teamMonthly team lunches and occasional social eventsA supportive, friendly atmosphere where your contributions matter and your growth is encouragedBe part of a dynamic artist services & merchandise company working on exciting projects with a passionate teamThis role puts you at the heart of music touring and merchandise production, giving you the opportunity to work closely with artists, suppliers and tour teams on a global scale.
