Job SummaryThe Production Assistant supports the production line, broadcast crew, and camera crew as directed by team leads. You will assist with setup/strike, manage crafty, stay alert to evolving needs, and ensure smooth day-of-show operations. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to take direction are essential.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesAssist production line, broadcast crew, and camera operators as neededStay attentive and proactive; anticipate crew needs and respond quicklyHelp with load-in/load-out, setup, and breakdown of broadcast equipment and craft servicesSupport cable management, gear organization, and basic stage/set prepRun errands onsite, distribute call sheets/credentials, and help maintain a clean, safe workspaceFollow instructions from Production Manager, Broadcast Lead, and department heads with a positive, team-first attitudeKey Success Indicators1+ years of live event or broadcast experienceAbility to drive a vehicle; valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferredAbility to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for extended periodsWillingness to work long hours, nights, and weekends when neededStrong communication, punctuality, and attention to detailCalm under pressure and adaptable to changing prioritiesFamiliarity with gaming/esports or live broadcast environments is a plus
