The role also involves fostering trust-based relationships through the understanding of emotions and behaviors within the team, in an environment of continuous feedback.The position holder must apply and promote shared competencies such as strategic influence, emotional intelligence, organizational talent development, and shared accountability.Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)Create development plans for cell leaders, strengthening their shared competencies. (30%)Design action plans that foster an engaging and motivating work environment. (30%)Manage and ensure compliance with the operational and production plan, achieving the area’s key performance indicators. (30%)Develop and implement process improvements using the BSF methodology, impacting safety, quality, productivity, and service level. (10%)Skills And Minimum Experience RequiredBachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferably in Engineering or Industrial Engineering).Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles.At least 2 years of experience in an equivalent position preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Ability to read and analyze data and charts.Strong leadership skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels.Experience in facilitating and training others.Passion for people development.High attention to detail and strong administrative skills.We value diversity and are an equal opportunity organization.
