You have deep knowledge of the retail market and believe that talent is critical to the success of the business.What You’ll Do: Purchase order upload and system maintenance in RLMUpload and maintain final buy quantities in PLM/CentricWork through after-buy tasks including sending FGPO’s to the vendors, ordering hangtags, creating TOP sample chartsManage issues with hangtags, labels, ticketing with vendors and distribution centersUpdate delivery extensions and shipment tracking thru the seasons in RLMAssist with projects and reporting in a joint effort with product developmentRequesting, tracking, and receiving post market samples as well as coding invoicesHelp to manage the samples closet, including tracking and packing of units at season’s endAssist with care attributes instructions, including data gathering and uploading into PLM/CentricFile WIP charts and seasonal tracking from vendorsRequest and Save ECO certifications from vendorsSystem clean up at season’s endYou’ll Need to Have: 1-2 years of experience in the fashion industryAbility to multitask and have excellent communication and follow-up skillsAbility to carry and unpack boxes, move clothing racks and manage samplesKnowledge of RLM, Centric, and Microstrategy a plusMust be able to follow deadlines and calendar datesAbility to work in NYC or NJ office 3-4 days a week.We’d Love to See:The ability to think strategically, and be flexible with projects and tasksA team player willing to assist the department as neededCan think outside the box and look at alternatives for problem solvingMK/Capri/Versace/Jimmy Choo Perks: Generous Paid Time Off & Holiday CalendarSummer FridaysInternal Mobility Across BrandsCross-brand DiscountExclusive Employee SalesFav 5 Cards (MK Discount for friends and family)401k MatchPaid Parental LeaveThrive Wellness ProgramCommuter BenefitsGym DiscountsThe Company is an equal employment opportunity employer.
