Production Engineer

We are looking for a Production Engineer to join our team in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing production operations, improving processes, and ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the production line.ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activitiesMonitor workflow and identify opportunities for process improvementEnsure adherence to quality, safety, and efficiency standardsCollaborate with design, maintenance, and quality teams to solve production issuesPrepare and maintain production reports and documentationImplement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practicesManage material flow and production data using ERP/MRP systemsSupport new product industrialization and prototype manufacturingCoordinate preventive maintenance and equipment optimization effortsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment (preferably metal, machinery, or automotive sector)Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes such as welding, machining, and assemblyFamiliarity with quality standards (ISO 9001) and lean methodologiesExperience with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD)Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and MS OfficeStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication and teamwork abilities
