You will also play a key role in troubleshooting production issues, implementing process improvements, and aligning manufacturing strategies with the company’s goals. ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning and Monitoring:Track production targets and report progress regularlyPlan and coordinate necessary resources (manpower, materials, machinery, etc.) for production operationsDefine productivity metrics, monitor their progress, and report resultsProcess Improvement and Efficiency:Develop and implement methods to improve productivity and operational efficiencyReview business processes and provide recommendations for process improvementsImprove production efficiency by utilizing lean manufacturing techniquesQuality Assurance and Documentation:Ensure processes are in place to maintain product compliance with quality standardsDevelop and implement quality control methods across production processesPropose solutions to address product defects or quality issues effectivelyCreate and maintain up-to-date documentation related to production processesVerify and report production performance and related documentationSafety and Compliance:Establish and ensure adherence to occupational health and safety proceduresTake necessary measures to ensure the safety of workers and equipmentPerformance Monitoring and ReportingVerify production performance and document related metricsConduct regular audits and analyses to ensure adherence to established standardsCommunication and Collaboration:Facilitate effective communication between production and other departmentsEncourage effective communication among team membersNew Product Integration:Design and develop production processes for new productsMaster IPC standards and apply them effectively to production processesQualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.Experience: At least 2 years of experience in SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and assembly lines.Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English.Technical Skills: Proficiency in IPC standards, familiarity with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards, hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing and knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques.Competencies: Proactive approach to process optimization, attention to detail, and the ability to implement lean manufacturing techniques effectively.
