Job Description

Step into a role that puts you right at the intersection of high-performance engineering, large-scale Linux systems and ultra-low-latency computing. As a Production Engineer, you’ll work on the kind of problems most companies never encounter, optimizing bare-metal servers, squeezing out latency, and designing automation for infrastructure that must perform flawlessly under pressure. You’ll work with advanced tooling, experiment with new technologies, and solve problems that require a mix of systems-level thinking, coding skill, and a deep understanding of how hardware and software interact. If you enjoy digging into kernel behaviour, tuning performance at scale, and building tools that engineers rely on every day, this role will keep you constantly learning and pushing your limits. What You’ll DoOwn the server lifecycle end-to-end: architect, build, deploy, tune and continuously improve.Deep-dive into performance, analyzing system metrics, kernel traces and hardware behaviour to optimize real-time trading workloads.Respond to live incidents with technical precision, then engineer long-term fixes that make the system stronger and faster.Automate everything possible using Python, modern frameworks and custom tooling you’ll help design.Work close to the metal, improving how infrastructure, OS, networking and applications talk to each other.Explore and introduce new technologies, benchmark them rigorously and push boundaries where off-the-shelf solutions fall short.Who You AreAn engineer experienced with large-scale Linux/Unix systems, comfortable going deep into internals.Curious about how hardware architecture influences performance, and not afraid to get hands-on with NICs, CPUs, BIOS tuning, NUMA layouts, etc.Strong in Python, especially for automation, tooling, and systems analysis.Experienced in high-performance or low-latency environments — HPC, trading, distributed systems, or similar.Comfortable with Infrastructure-as-Code (Ansible preferred), virtualization, containerization and core networking fundamentals.A confident communicator who enjoys discussing trade-offs, proposing ideas and improving engineering practices. What You’ll GetTotal compensation between 150,000-300,000 EurosA highly international, collaborative culture focused on technical excellence.25 vacation days, increasing to 30 with tenure.Fully paid first-class commuting expenses.Training, conference access, and professional learning programs.Health insurance discounts and extensive wellness support.Daily catered meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), barista coffee, sports facilities, and frequent social events.Full relocation and visa sponsorship for international candidates.Does this sound like a match for you?
