Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities:Conceptualizing product designs and blueprintsCollaborating with product designers and other engineersStrategizing the development process, including raw materials and machineryMonitoring production and reporting progressAddressing any bottle necks or issues within productionEstimating the cost of productionEstimating cost of materials needed to complete productionCollaborating with executive-level management to align expectations and objectivesCompleting progress reportsOversee installation of machinery and equipmentPlan and schedule regular maintenanceContribute to continuous improvement activitiesEnsure workshop is clean, tidy and well organizedRequirements:Degree or Diploma in Engineering; Mechanical Engineering is a plusKnowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication methods and tool designKnowledge in ISO and quality processes is a plusAt least 2 years working experience and proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Solid-works or Inventor Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as training is providedAble to converse fluently in English. Moreover, proficiency in Mandarin (spoken & written) is required for this role, as it involves regular communication with Mandarin-speaking clients / stakeholdersPossess good communication and interpersonal skills
