As we continue to grow, we’re seeking passionate and skilled professionals to join our team and drive continuous improvement across all areas of manufacturing.About the RoleWe are looking for a Production Engineer to join our team at our brake drum factory. This role is responsible for ensuring production efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement. The Production Engineer will work closely with the Factory Director and Board of Directors to optimize manufacturing processes, manage CNC machinery, and lead technical problem-solving initiatives.ResponsibilitiesCreate detailed technical drawings (including GD&T) for products.Report and propose technical solutions and improvements to the Director and Factory Director.Manage and control all CNC machines, including preventive maintenance schedules.Collaborate with other departments to ensure productivity and process efficiency.Lead Kaizen (continuous improvement) activities across production sections.Work with the Board of Directors on technical and process development issues.Support training and skill development for technical staff.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or machining environment (preferably in metal casting or automotive parts).Strong understanding of CNC machining, process optimization, and technical drawings.Knowledge of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).Familiar with Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, or ISO 9001 systems is a plus.Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
