Production Head Kitchen Appliances (HOODS & HOBS)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Kitchen Department Head – Production (M1) to lead end-to-end production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards. The role involves production planning, process optimization, people development, and cost control to achieve operational excellence.Job Duties:Develop and manage the annual factory budget, production plans (monthly and yearly), and present operational performance and future activity plans in management review meetings.Ensure production activities comply with HQ standards, continuously improving productivity and efficiency as per factory design.Supervise new product development and existing product improvements, integrating customer feedback from monthly CSD meetings.Maintain product quality as per HQ standards, reduce non-conformity and PDR, and resolve market complaints through corrective measures.Identify and fulfill training needs of key staff to enhance skills and operational effectiveness.Control expenses and store consumption to meet cost reduction targets and optimize per-unit costs.Drive continuous process and product improvements to improve production targets, reduce issues, and ensure sustainable operations.Education: BSC Mechanical/ElectricalExperience: 10-12 YearsPlease mention the position in the subject line and share your resume: talent@haier.com.pk
