DescriptionProgram Manager (Contract)Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Microsoft through external staffing partners of Allegis Global Solutions. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Microsoft.Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team, where you will play a crucial role in planning, directing, and coordinating supply chain and manufacturing operations activities. This position involves tracking production lifecycle changes across our portfolio of cloud products, ensuring that all dependencies and readiness activities are completed by stakeholders to support lifecycle milestones. Your excellent communication skills will be essential in driving action items with stakeholders and maintaining the rhythm of business for the team.Job Responsibilities:Track production lifecycle changes (NPI, EOL, etc.) across cloud product portfolios.Ensure completion of dependencies and readiness activities by stakeholders to support lifecycle milestones.Attend rhythm-of-business meetings for production lifecycle updates and log status updates and actions.Collaborate one-on-one with stakeholders to close action items effectively.Create visibility through reporting and drive timely closure of action items.Requirements:5-10 years of relevant experience in supply chain or manufacturing operations required.Bachelor's degree in supply chain or a related field preferred.PMI or PMP certification is a plus.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.Knowledge of production processes, supply chain processes, quality control, and cost management techniques.Familiarity with business management principles related to strategic planning and resource allocation.Additional Details:Location: RemoteDuration: 7 MonthsPay Range: $47.50 - $54 per hourWeekly Schedule: 40 hoursAGS is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer (M/F/Disability/Veterans).
