Production Manager - Apparel

We are newly established Apparel Manufacturer in Pemalang that would be operational soon. We are seeking a highly qualified individual for Production Manager role with below requirements:1. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile/Garment Engineering, Business, or related field would be preferred.2.Fluent in English.3.Minimum 10 years experience in garment production, with at least 5 years in a supervisory/managerial position.4.Strong background in sewing operations, production planning, and line management.5.Experience with knit garments, multi-style handling, and fast fashion is an advantage.6.Strong knowledge of garment production processes from cutting to finishing.7.Understanding of SMV, efficiency improvement, WIP control, and production KPIs.8.Knowledge of quality standards, sewing methods, and machine types.9.Familiar with LEAN manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement systems.10.Has strong leadership and team management abilities.11.Excellent communication and decision-making skills.12.Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.13.Good coordination skills across departments.This position is open both for local and expatriate candidates.Should you meet above requirements, please send your resume to recruitment@jatijaya.com.Please include your name - position you are applying for in the email subject line.Good luck!
