As a key member of the Cooler Master team, your role will encompass the following:Core Responsibility: Responsible for the operations of the Vietnam factory, ensuring the effective execution of the production plan, continuous improvement of production efficiency, cost control, and quality stability. This role is responsible for integrating resources such as manpower, equipment, and raw materials to achieve the company's operational goals. The Production Manager will regularly report operational performance and improvement suggestions to the direct supervisor. The permanent location for this Production Manager role is Bắc Ninh, Vietnam (with initial training/learning for about six months in Huizhou, Guangdong, China). Key Duties and Responsibilities1- Manufacturing Coordination and Operations ManagementPlan and execute production strategies to meet targets for production schedule adherence, quality standards, and delivery deadlines.Work closely with managers across all Huizhou plants to integrate resources, ensure consistent work standards, and guarantee timely manufacturing delivery.Collaborate with Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Sales departments to coordinate and resolve cross-functional manufacturing issues.Supervise daily production operation procedures and implement continuous improvement measures (e.g., Lean, 5S, TPS).2- Resource Integration and Efficiency ImprovementEffectively organize teams, allocate manpower, equipment, and raw materials to enhance production efficiency and equipment utilization rates (OEE/utilization).Promote personnel training and cross-departmental collaboration to strengthen team execution and responsiveness.Analyze capacity and production bottlenecks, proposing solutions and resource allocation recommendations.3- Cost Control and Performance ManagementFormulate and execute cost control strategies to meet budget targets.Monitor factory KPIs (e.g., Yield Rate, Capacity, First Pass Yield) and propose improvement plans.Regularly review performance, and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.4- Executive Reporting and CommunicationRegularly report factory operations status, production anomalies, and project progress to the direct supervisor.Participate in high-level management meetings, providing strategic recommendations and risk assessments.Prepare operational reports and analytical data for management decision-making reference.Execute assignments and project management tasks delegated by the direct supervisor.Represent the company in coordination and communication with local government, labor unions, or external organizations.Required Qualifications1- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Production Management, or a related field.2- Experience:Minimum of 10 years of experience in factory operations or production management.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role/position.Prior experience managing a factory in Vietnam is strongly preferred.3- Language Skills: Fluent proficiency in Chinese/English or Chinese/Vietnamese. Communication ability in all three languages is highly advantageous.
