Production Manager

Benchmark Electronics is in the business of manufacturing electronics and providing services to OEMs of medical devices, telecommunication equipment, computers and related products for business enterprises.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead production team to manage and execute all production activities to meet the productivity, delivery, Quality,Cost and all department's KPIs.Continuous analysis of current production processes and procedures, proposals for improvements, implementation and follow through of agreed upon changes.Proactively develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with and between all departments to get high overall effectiveness.Establish and implement lean manufacturing initiatives that achieve improved business results.Develops skills and knowledge of production supervisors, leaders, technicians, and operators to be able to perform their jobs effectively.Perform other activities as assigned by the supervisor Qualification:Bachelor's degree in related field8-10 years of experience working with Electronics manufacturing servicesMature, Business, and customer service orientedComputer literate, very good command of written and spoken English.
