Our commitment to innovation and customer success positions Litech as a trusted partner for organizations globally.Job requirement:Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and EnglishAt least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the production environment is required for this position.Specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent. Job responsibilities:To lead production team.Ensure project or schedule completed on time and accordance to requirement.Troubleshoot daily production work, analyze and improve production performance using SIC & KPI.Ensure effective working procedure & improve work efficiency.Implement detail production planning & scheduling.Develop new manufacturing technology and process to improve productivity.Developing workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality.Verify production quality report and internal documents and prevent internal error from happening.Enforcing Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards and ISO and other related regulations.Other task assigned by Managing Director
