Role Description Canadian company for its manufacturing site in Turkey is rapidly growing global medical device manufacturer, is seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to lead production activities in a cleanroom environment. This leadership role is critical to ensuring high-quality manufacturing of medical devices in compliance with international regulatory standards. The ideal candidate must be hands-on, highly present in the cleanroom areas, and experienced in cleanroom management systems and processes. Qualifications Strong expertise in production management, scheduling, and optimizationKnowledge of safety and quality standards in production settingsExperience in troubleshooting production issues and process improvementsExcellent leadership, communication, and team management skillsAbility to work on-site in IstanbulBachelor's degree in Engineering, Production Management, or related fieldExperience in medical device manufacturing should be over 10 + yearsQualifications work in the medical device/ pharmaceutical manufacturer
