The Production Manager will oversee day-to-day operations on the production floor, ensuring efficiency, safety, and product quality. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams, supervising staff, monitoring equipment maintenance, and ensuring adherence to safety and environmental standards. The role involves optimizing processes to achieve targets while maintaining compliance with sustainability practices. Qualifications Proven experience in production planning, process optimization, and resource managementStrong leadership, team management, and communication skillsFamiliarity with safety, regulatory compliance, and environmental practicesTechnical skills in machinery operations, maintenance, and problem-solvingProficiency in production management software and data analysis toolsStrong organizational and decision-making abilitiesBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related fieldExperience in sustainable manufacturing or energy sectors is a plus
