Production Manager

NOSA Manufacturing PLC is expanding its spirits production operations and seeks a highly skilled Production Manager for our beverage Bottling Line. This role is essential to maintaining production quality, regulatory compliance, and efficient bottling flow.This role is required by Ethiopian food & beverage manufacturing regulations to be held by a professional with a relevant academic background.Position: Production ManagerRequired Certification / Field of Study: Applicants must hold a BSc degree or higher in one of the following areas:Food TechnologyFood ScienceFood EngineeringNote: Proof of graduation and academic transcripts will be required.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee daily beverage production operationsManage production teams, schedules, and process flowEnsure strict compliance with Ethiopian food manufacturing regulationsImplement and monitor quality control & hygiene standardsWork closely with R&D and supply chain teamsImprove efficiency, minimize downtime, and optimize equipment useVodka bottling process from filtration → blending → filling → capping → labeling → packagingHygiene & sanitation standards specifically for alcohol productionBatch documentation, traceability, and compliance with spirits regulationsQuality Control during bottlingRequired Skills & ExperienceMinimum 2-3 years experience in production, manufacturing, or related sectorsStrong knowledge of factory equipmentFamiliarity with safety, HACCP and regulatory requirementsExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to solve operational challenges quicklyHow To apply:Qualified candidates are invited to send:CVCopy of Degree / Certification (Food Technology / Process Engineering etc.)Relevant work experience documentsEmail: info@nosa-manufacturing.com
