Duties & ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, and manage daily production schedules to meet targets.Oversee production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.Manage and supervise a team of general workers, ensuring high performance and accountability.Enforce health and safety standards, promoting a safe working environment at all times.Monitor production outputs and implement quality control procedures to maintain product standards.Assess project and resource requirements, and coordinate with relevant departments.Liaise with other managers to set production objectives and resolve operational challenges.Organize repairs and routine maintenance of production equipment.Identify training needs and arrange relevant staff development programs.Continuously improve production processes for greater efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Conduct regular performance evaluations for production staff and provide feedback.Desired Experience & QualificationMinimum of 7 – 10 years’ proven experience in a production management role.Previous experience in the food industry is essential.Strong technical knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and develop production teams.Experience in planning production schedules, resource allocation, and staff management.Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
