Job Description

Overview:A Production Manager is both a project manager and a creative problem solver with a single mission – to make things happen.You will oversee the production process and coordinate all activities to ensure enough resources on hand. You will plan schedules, estimate costs and prepare budgets to ensure workflow meets required deadlines. A PM will collaborate closely with the production team including directors, camera operators, editors, as well as the salespeople, designers, strategists, and external contributors to bring to life native advertising campaigns, booked by the largest and most popular brands in the Philippines. Responsibilities:Organize deadlines of all production requirements including pre-production, production and post-production Oversee the delivery of video project from end-to-end Coordinate with key personnel and ensure a fluid collaboration with each department involved in production Develop and negotiate project timelines and deliverables Monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met Liaise with contributors, talents and suppliers required to deliver project requirements Prepare and secure approvals for costings and payments Plan and execute shoots and live broadcasts Resolve any problems that may arise Participate in team huddles, brainstorming sessions and other activities Report to upper management with project outputs, monthly trackers and KPIs Qualifications:Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, with 1-2 years work experience preferably as a producer or project manager in an ad agency or media companyProficiency with basic Office software - Excel, Powerpoint, Word - a must; knowledge of project management tools - MS Project, Trello - an advantagePreferably with experience in multimedia production (animation, video, audio) and/or web and mobile app projectsOccasionally, successful candidate may need to work beyond office hours or on weekends/holidays as required by the project or during peak periodsMust possess the following soft skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills, adept at building relationshipsHighly organized yet comfortable with ambiguityCapability to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyConfident in problem-solving and decision-makingAble to work with teams and independentlyA positive and enthusiastic work attitude
